Leading up to the holiday season, DDB and the client prepared for an influx in social listening and reporting needs. They needed a knowledgeable capacity partner to hit the ground running within a 4-month timeframe to provide insights and improvements for ten holiday retail programs and products.
FLAVVRR worked with the DDB and the client teams to set up conversation monitoring for its delivery, value and special event programs. We used Sprinklr, the corporation’s social listening and analytics partner to analyze branded conversation and report performance weekly.
This process allowed us to centralize intelligence, providing a weekly pulse report for leadership to streamline production, customer service, product experience and employee relationship problem-solving.
